500g caster sugar
1 Herbie’s Spices Cassia Bark Whole, broken
1 Herbie’s Spices Cinnamon Quills Whole, broken
1 Herbie’s Spices Vanilla Bean
Methods/steps

Empty the sugar into a large bowl with the cassia and cinnamon.

Carefully slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and add to the sugar.

Mix everything together, then store in an airtight screw-top jar.
Additional Tips
The flavours will develop more and more, the longer it is left unopened.
Top up with more sugar as required.
